Airasia in flight menu's dietary plan!

Assalamualaikum! I know i know. my last entry was on september 4th. and today is 23rd sept? woah. i must be busy lately. did i? no. I kept on dreaming to write a post. but never do.

While i was on the plane bound to kuala lumpur,Malaysia (cey), after i woke up for a one hour nap (was really tired of what i also don't know hiuhiuhiu), i started craving for something, and so i opened up the front seat drawer which allocated stuffs like "how to wear a safety belt:, "if there is emergency,what should you do" and stuff, but i didn't bother about that. I grabbed the one i want the most, " On-flight MENU"!

And guess what, this what i saw


they have this dietary plan which stated the amount of calories in each of food you'll take. cool right? err but for the calories freak, this would be not cool. and i ended up of not buy a thing This dietary guidelines help a lot to know how much calories u will need, and also will alert you on how much you will gain. hihi. But for me, this is cool. For sure, you will calculating amunt of calories you have taken right after your meal, oh or before you ordering. This is good tho because most of Malaysians are overweight/obese. Oh, just look at the food! Nasi Lemak everyday, that'll gain your weight kan? Sorry if im wrong.
